We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Dental Lab Manager to oversee our dynamic team and manage the day-to-day operations of our cutting-edge laboratory. The ideal candidate will be a leader in digital dentistry, equipped with knowledge and expertise in digital dentistry, 3D printing and denture milling. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, managerial skills, and a passion for driving advancements in digital dental solutions.
The Digitial Denture Laboratory Manager will oversee the daily operations of a fully digital full arch denture clinic. We use a zirkon zahn and ivoclar mill. We are able to train if the candidate is not entirely familiar with these machines. We specialize in making full arch fixed and full arch removable dentures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage laboratory operations, ensuring efficient workflows and the highest quality of dental prosthetics.
- Oversee the production process from design to fabrication3D milling and printing systems.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Collaborate with dentists and lab technicians to ensure specifications and quality expectations are met.
- Innovate and implement new technologies and processes to improve productivity and quality.
- Manage budgeting, purchasing, and inventory of digital materials and equipment.
- Conduct quality control assessments and troubleshoot any technical issues.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a digital dental laboratory setting.
- Extensive experience with digital dental technology, including 3D printing, milling and scanning.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
