The New Developments Team at Realogics is a highly specialized branch, providing marketing and on-site sales expertise to an extensive portfolio of over 15 new construction luxury condominium, townhome and single family projects this year. Our work starts early in the process, often working with developers when they first acquire a property. We support their efforts with detailed analysis of the market and work with their architects, engineers and interior designers to craft the right product for the prescribed buyer. Our work continues through to the marketing and branding efforts of the project, driving the brand strategy, naming and pre-marketing efforts. We then create a detailed plan to bring the project to market combining expert pricing strategies, compelling marketing campaigns and hiring a first-class sales team. The holistic approach employed by our New Developments team has proven to be a force within the Seattle real estate market of new construction and high-rise condominiums.

The Job:

We are seeking a full-time Sales Agent for luxury new development properties throughout Seattle and the East Side.

The on-site Sales Agent will be based in a custom built project sales gallery, primarily responsible for selling residences and being a contributing team member to sales office operations and reporting. The individuals will contribute to the marketing of the site by assisting with broker outreach, listings and participating in events and cross-marketing initiatives.

A successful Sales Agent candidate will divide duties with the following responsibilities. The Agent is responsible for presenting our properties to prospective purchasers and brokers. They are also expected to provide excellent customer service, meaningful follow up, ongoing engagement and facilitate transactions on behalf of the Developer. The Agent works closely with Management and applicable outside parties to meet or exceed the company’s targets and quality standards. As part of the on-site sales team, an agent acts as a liaison and brand ambassador for the project and the company with the larger brokerage community, prospective purchasers and new residents. An on-site agent also contributes to reporting, market studies and recommendations based on market trends.

Candidate should have strong sales skills and work to constantly develop and refine those skills to ensure we continue to meet the team’s expectations. Above all, the candidate should be upbeat, confident and driven to succeed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Two or more years of real estate experience or equivalent in luxury retail/sales environment.
  • Washington State Real Estate Sales License is required but may assist with licensing for the right candidate.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and best practices along with ability to build productive professional relationships
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Must be a collaborative team player, capable of receiving direction, and balancing efforts to maximize results.
  • Must be a strong producer, driven to achieve great performance and production.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent

Salary: $60,000.00 to $200,000.00 /year
