Assist dealership service technicians in troubleshooting technical problems at an OEMs On-Demand Contact Center.
Combine your experience and repair knowledge with an expansive database to provide the latest fix information to dealership technicians via phone. Regularly collaborate with other service engineering teams to diagnose and provide the most accurate information to Fix It Right the First Time.
Additional responsibilities may also include acting as a liaison with product engineering, publication and other service engineering personnel to resolve various service issues.
Bi-Lingual Spanish Speaking
Must have hands-on skills as an automotive service technician, dealership experience, diagnostic/repair skills, customer service skills, PC Skills
Must be able to speak and read Spanish
ASE Certifications. Toyota, Lexus or Scion hands on dealership experience.
