The Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for handling all administrative tasks of the Product Acquisition department. This position will primarily be focused on entering data into TreeHouse systems and making information easily accessible to all departments. The Procurement Coordinator will also support the Procurement Manager as needed with vendor communication, customer service, order placement, and merchandise placement on the retail floor.

Key Responsibilities:
Enters, updates, and tracks data into TreeHouse systems
Performs administrative tasks for the Product Acquisition department
Works collaboratively with Procurement Manager, vendors, and sales, and store teams
Actively manages and updates company SKU database
Inputs detailed item information into system to create and track items
Maintains item updates and adjustments through full life-cycle
Communicates with vendor and sales team on SKU/UPC updates
Establishes and maintains excellent working relationships with corporate office and suppliers
Coordinates merchandise delivery and addresses receiving/quality assurance issues with warehouse
Communicates with suppliers and manages all product returns to vendors
Provides regular status updates to the Procurement Manager and ensures store leadership is aware of incoming products
Creates reports as needed
All other tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:
Education: BA or BS completed
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
