Directors educate parents, teachers, and staff members on the incredible value of early childhood education and make that value come to life for the children in their center. This is an opportunity for an organized, self-starter who is willing to adapt to a changing environment in a growing childcare center. We are looking for a driven and efficient Administrator preferably certified with the Delaware Department of Education.

Desirable Education: Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university in the field of early childhood education.
*Already having an Administrator’s Certificate/Card through the Department of Education is highly preferred.

Pay: From $56,000.00 per month
