About the Position
St. Luke's is seeking a full-time Cataract / Anterior Segment Surgeon position to join our newest practice in The Villages, FL.

The ideal candidate will provide both clinical and surgical services as a foundational member of the team, which is planned to include a retina surgeon.
This new venture will be a sister practice to our existing, well-established clinic and ASC at our Creekside location, which anchored by a high volume cataract surgeon.
The ideal cataract surgeon candidate will have a practice building mindset, and will be well versed in advanced surgery techniques including cataract surgery with premium IOLs, femtosecond laser and MIGS.
As a provider in an active adult community that is experiencing explosive growth, our cataract surgeon will have a unique opportunity to develop and lead a very busy practice in our new location. Must be BC/BE.
This position offers a competitive compensation package, job flexibility, and benefits that include: malpractice, health, disability and dental insurance, along with a relocation allowance and reimbursement for professional expenses.

Our cataract surgeon will work out of our 10,000 square foot state of the art clinic in the Center for Advanced Healthcare at Brownwood, a brand new 250,000 sq. ft. multi-specialty clinical facility that will be a destination for specialty healthcare.
Our new cataract surgeon will also have access to our established AAAHC accredited ambulatory surgery center at our Creekside location in the heart of The Villages, just minutes from our Brownwood office.
