Full Job Description
The Sr. Campaign Analyst will be responsible for managing data using Google Cloud Platform BigQuery and campaign management tools to support campaign planning and management. The position requires being proficient in campaign management tools and techniques, including building campaigns from raw database elements. The Campaign Analyst will participate in selected aspects of The Home Depot’s Campaign Management together with Senior Campaign Engineers and will serve a supportive role in the outbound direct marketing function for the team including handling selections, campaign delivery, and post campaign analysis. The role may include liaising with high level internal clients and the agency of record.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Performs a variety of tasks related to outbound direct marketing campaigns and process improvements within the CRM operation to execute a sophisticated contact management plan
Defines the selection criteria, segments, measurement methods, and data sources to build the campaign, creation and delivers the post analysis
Leads quality assurance of data services and CRM campaign work
Acts as liaison with CRM and IT teams to ensure data strategy and integration is managed according to campaign management vision
Serves as a Unica subject matter expert to the organization
NATURE AND SCOPE
Position reports to Mgr. CRM Technologies
No associates report to this role on a permanent basis, but requires the technical leadership of a project work team: may select team members and assess capabilities, provide technical training, provide information necessary to meet work, project or program objectives, evaluate program or project performance.
ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Additional Minimum Qualifications:
Education Required: The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor’s degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 4 years
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Additional Qualifications:Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of campaign management tools with experience with at least one major enterprise toolset
Experience leveraging a cloud environment for campaign execution including modern cloud datasources, vendor integrations, and distributed processing
Direct marketing, campaign selection, and delivery experience
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Client-facing written and verbal communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and work in a collaborative team environment
Experience managing internal resources to meet requirements of internal and external partners
2 plus years of experience in enterprise campaign management software such as Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or custom campaign management tools
3 plus years work experience preferably in a large retail organization
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

Competency in SQL and campaign software
