The Consumer Marketing and Communications Coordinator will support all CRM campaigns and programs, including but not limited to Social Media Support including content design and capture, Fan Promotions, Fan Councils, Fan Communications, FanMax, Email Programs, Show Car appearances, Kids Club program, Omniture and Adobe Analytics in order to drive retention rates while also attracting new fans to the facility. This role will also manage and support programs related to our RACE Foundation and support Communications tasks as needed including media tracking and community outreach. Daily tasks may also include financial logs and updates, ABI/payroll tracking, expense reports and other various administrative tasks.
Lead the development of CLS and Route 66 Raceway consumer facing content creation, including brochures, rack cards, mailers and fan engagement elements
Support and execution of all BU grass roots marketing initiatives and programming
Data input and tracking including expense tracking log and webnow
Assist with agency programs, fan and race programs and campaigns
Build, support and execution of on-site entertainment and other programming to elevate the fan experience
Digital and social media support and content generation which includes postings, design of graphics, responding to fan comments, research and analysis
Digital support may include emails, mobile app, websites or other digital platform updates
Support and execute elements associated with fan promotions, including communications, supplies, prizes, rules and other elements as needed
Ensure all branding, logos and marketing content are up to standards on advertising sites, partner sites, internal websites, social media channels and communications
Assists with marketing, program, event and media analysis
Communications research, outreach, media tracking, event planning and other duties as assigned
Coordination of all media partner call ins and scheduled appearances
Assists with RACE foundation requests, events, raffles and programs
General Marketing, Communications or Administrative tasks or projects as assigned
Distributes Weekly Reports including ticket and offer updates, social and website analytics
Engage staff by sharing information on a timely basis via open and clear communication
All other Marketing or Communication programs as assigned or needed
Meet or Exceed Ticket Sales Revenue
Meet or Exceed Media Impression Goal
Meet or Exceed Prospect Data Goal
Meet or Exceed Social Media growth
Utilize GEM Survey Results to gauge customer feedback against key areas of oversight; create action plans to enhance fan experience
Successful execution of Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks as identified above
Fulfillment of Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks within budget parameters
One to three years of experience in the delivery of event-related services within the motorsports industry
Previous experience in managing and executing campaigns using a data management system
Excellent verbal and written communication and time management skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Flexible and creative problem solving skills
Ability to make quick and complex decisions under pressure
Ability to work in a team environment interacting with multiple departments
A positive attitude, self-confidence, professionalism, integrity, motivation, and a very strong work ethic
Fluent in Spanish preferred
Video Editing Experience Preferred
Adobe and Design Skills preferred
Able to lift 50 pounds
