Overview:
The IT Manager is responsible for the quality assessment, implementation, coordination, evaluation, and standardization of the Information Technology department. The IT Manager works closely with department leaders to understand technology needs, including integrating and supporting custom-developed technologies. This ensures the IT department stays on track with strategic goals and objectives. This role will impact operational models and revenue cycles, including evaluating computer and network security outcomes, providing daily direction and leadership to assigned staff, and developing and administering programs and services.
Duties and Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Oversee IT Support operations, including call center ticket system administration, IT personnel attendance, utilization, and productivity.
- Report to management regularly for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with department leaders to understand client technology needs, including integrating and supporting custom-developed technologies for timely and successful implementation.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards and regulations.
- Develop, deploy, and audit security and business continuity solutions in physical and virtual environments. Reports security breaches and the extent of the damage caused by the breaches.
- Stay current with policies and procedures while thoroughly understanding available technology; assist with product implementation and continuous upgrades.
- Oversee and manage IT infrastructure.
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of computer network technology experience.
- Experience in Healthcare IT (highly preferred).
- Experience developing and implementing standards, procedures, and guidelines to support operational processes.
- Extensive knowledge of data processing, hardware platforms, and enterprise software applications.
- Solid project management skills with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
- Solid problem-solving and solution implementation abilities; organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to establish processes and automate them to track and implement system solutions
- Skilled in using network diagnostic tools and software to investigate system/network problems.
- Ability to modify systems to meet security requirements.
- Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment, in a high-pressure on-call environment with changing priorities.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
