Litigation Management, Inc. [LMI] is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee the Record Acquisition staff and functions.

The Record Acquisition Manager will monitor industry trends and implement process improvements to optimize record acquisition (RA) to meet client needs and deadlines. The RA Manager oversees a staff of individuals who conduct record acquisition utilizing database systems and processes with a high degree of project management and customer service skills.

Requirements for the position include a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, law or related field; or equivalent experience. Must also have a minimum of 5 years progressive management experience. Individuals with experience in record acquisition for litigation and/or healthcare record management are highly preferred.

We are seeking an individual who has the following skills and experience:

  • Project management experience – certification in project management is a plus
  • Excellent leadership skills, including coaching and mentoring individuals to elevate performance
  • Strong business acumen, with a demonstrated understanding of operations and financial analysis
  • Experience in legal services industry and/or professional services with a dedication to excellent customer service is highly preferred
