The HR Analyst touches all aspects of the employee experience and lifecycle within the designated business unit at Kraft Heinz. Working with the HR Lead, the HR Analyst supports the commercial business at Kraft Heinz. The HR Analyst owns the implementation and continuous improvement of reporting, analytics, and interpretation of all HR data for employees in the supported population.
Own people and performance data and analysis for respective business
Streamline reporting processes on HR key performance indicators (KPIs), such as employee turnover, vacant roles, and time to hire on a weekly and monthly cadence
Manage and optimize existing dashboards for HR key performance indicators to enable leadership decision-making
Provide analysis and recommendations to support the long-term HR strategy and ongoing engagement initiatives for the business
Manage and track Workday HR data changes and approvals to ensure accuracy and compliance
Support recruitment efforts by maintaining job descriptions, conducting interviews, and partnering with the Talent Acquisition Team on new hire onboarding programs and processes
Leverage internal and external peer data to develop compensation proposals for new and existing employees
Consolidate and track performance and potential data to support bi-annual talent review and analytics
Support the Performance Management Team to ensure completion and effectiveness of the quarterly appraisal process
Bachelor’s Degree required
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, Benefits, or Consulting
Advanced proficiency of PowerPoint and Excel
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to multi-task and perform in a rapidly growing environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills, self-starter and ability to meet deadlines and balance competing priorities
Experience with HR information systems and/or workforce analytics is a plus
