Dividend Finance is a FinTech Company originating Solar Loans under its proprietary online technology platform, the EmpowerPortal. An industry leader in Solar since 2013, Dividend has recently expanded its portfolio offering into the Home Energy/Improvement vertical. Dividend’s Sales team onboards, trains and manages our installer Partner network. The Sales Associate will work directly with an Account Director (“AD”) or the Vice President of Sales (“VP”) to support the AD/VP’s existing Portfolio. The Sales Associate position is a great opportunity to work in a support capacity, and gain experience in both the Finance and Solar Energy verticals, by working alongside seasoned industry professionals. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist the AD or VP of Sales in the day-to-day support and management of their portfolio.
Resolve partner questions and inquiries through inbound and outbound calls, and email communications.
Work cross-functionally with other departments (underwriting, technology, customer support, PartnerOps, FinOps) to resolve Partner questions and issues.
Actively assist in managing installers’ pipelines (Sales and Operations) by conducting Pipeline calls and pull-through related activities. The Sales Associate will be exposed to every stage of the project life-cycle; from the lead stage through completion of the project.
Conduct virtual trainings to engage existing Partners and pursue new business opportunities.
Develop and deepen relationships with new and existing installer sales reps.
Assist the AD or VP to consistently meet and exceed target loan origination goals.
Facilitate the onboarding of installers by collecting/reviewing diligence and sending contracts.
Continuously collect and communicate market intel based on daily interactions with Partners.

Skills and Experience:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical skills and basic understanding of finance
Prior B2B sales experience helpful, but not required
Experience with PC desktop applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Ability to Travel (less than 10%)
Valid Driver’s License
