A Health Data Consultant with strong quantitative skills, specifically with an in-depth knowledge of excel. Consultants will be responsible for generating and analyzing financial and other quantitative data to assess country performance and inform decision making.

Work closely to support 3-5 countries and will be required to “dig into” the data and provide data analysis and translations
Answer the question, “what is the data impact on public health?” from an expenditure and finance perspective
Diagnose and understand expenditure data, related flows and overall context and to translate complex data analysis concepts and requirements into clear, digestible, and useable information is necessary. International travel may be required for this position
You must have
4+ years of experience in supporting government agencies
Experience in focusing on budget/finance data
Expert level Excel proficiency (such as macros, pivot tables)
Strong background and experience with Microsoft Excel
Bonus Points if you have
Experience in supporting public health programs, preferably international public health
Bachelors or Masters degree in Public Health, International Studies, Statistics, Economics, Public Policy, or a comparable field
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
