The Telecommunications Attendant will provide all customers with caring and personalized service when responding to all in-coming and out-going calls and messages. The position requires the operation of a multi-position console and other communication systems to ensure accurate and timely communications. Telecommunications Attendants work to create a helpful, positive first impression of the organization, and to maintain an appropriate environment.
High School Diploma or Equivalent
General knowledge of a telecommunications switchboard. Direct customer services experience and healthcare experience preferred. Keyboard skills required; general office/business experience preferred.
