This full time position reports to the Transworld Advertising Account Services / Project Manager providing accounting support in a fast paced, team oriented, and indoor / office work environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with accounting tasks as directed, including, but not limited to: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Weekly Billing, Entering and Scrubbing Media Vendor Bills, and Credit Card Reconciliations.
Maintain a constantly changing project list while working independently.
Work on special projects as needed with minimal supervision.
Prioritize deadlines to accomplish tasks in a timely manner.
Contribute to team efforts by assisting with related tasks.
Research accounting matters and interpret accounting policy and regulations.
Accept additional duties and responsibilities as directed by management.
1+ years of hands-on A/R, A/P and billing experience in an office environment, preferably with third party vendors. Advertising, Media, Insurance or Retail industries a plus.
Demonstrate an exceptional attention to detail and follow-through on all duties assigned
Perform multiple duties in a high energy, fast-paced working environment, independently.
Proficient and above average gmail/google docs, word processing and spreadsheet program application skills including, but not limited to: Microsoft Office.
Seek help and guidance as needed from mentor(s) and/or management.
