The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to an SVP and a Director of Development in the Wilshire Studios department at NBCUniversal Cable Entertainment.

Job Duties
Administrative duties such as scheduling calls and meetings
Coordinate all travel arrangements and assist with client meeting agendas and media material required for both executives as well as any clients visiting the department
Prepare expense reports and track them through various stages of account processing
Assist in the preparation of special reports and presentation materials as requested
Maintain various databases and produce regular reports
Order and maintain supplies for department
Assist in the departmental set up of new hires and interns
Update calendar and contact database (Outlook)
Other duties as assigne


Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 1 year of administrative experience on a creative desk
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook

Additional Job Requirements

Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice
