You will design and implement continuous improvement of the management, design, and function of our infrastructure environments to achieve business speed, improve reliability, and to enable business agility and delight users.

This role will oversee the management of engineers supporting our Privileged Access Management service, leveraging Active Directory and Thycotic Secret Server; monitoring and troubleshooting tools and processes to support the protection of Privileged Accounts both on premise and for cloud based services, along with integration to existing tools and processes and to support and maintain associated global infrastructure while working to implement the latest technologies. This individual must be able to identify and drive methodologies and processes that support world class standards of Deloitte’s 24x7 technology functions, and manage key targeted areas for improvement in a geographically-dispersed environment, all the while ensuring that service level management best practices exist across all technologies and platforms.

Responsibilities*

Role Specific

Lead a team of managers & individual contributors to achieve operational excellence & drive continuous improvement.
Manage operational and communication impacts of planned changes, outages and technology emergencies for internal and external clients / users.
Key leader on the broader Global Hosting management team, sharing best practices, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with other managers to realize their implementation.
Develop automation and processes to enable application teams to deploy, manage, scale and monitor their applications.
Maintains relationships and collaborates with other domains including architecture, business analysis, infrastructure, quality control, and security.
Provide and enforce Acceptance Criteria for deployment packages, and be engaged in establishing standards for Build Forge or uDeploy integration.
Help define best practices for source control, continuous integration, automated testing and release management.
Continuous Improvement: Own and drive improvements to our build and release scripts, tools, and processes.

Strong knowledge is required in:
Windows server 2012/2016 administration with proven experience with troubleshooting
2008/2012 Active Directory administration skills, including AD monitoring, troubleshooting, and Group Policy Management
Privileged Access Management (PAM) or Privileged Identity Management (PIM) concepts and processes
Active Directory Federation Services
PowerShell scripting
Support ticketing systems (ServiceDesk, ServiceNow, etc.)
Experiences is a plus in
Microsoft Certificate services
Thycotic Secret Server / CyberArk / BeyondTrust
Identity management products like FIM 2010R2 and MIM 2016
Multi-factor authentication technologies
Microsoft Rights Management Services
Office 365 technologies to include Cloud applications and AAD Connect
Network Policy Server / RADIUS server
Data center architecture and implementation
Additional responsibilities
Understand the important aspects of running a 24/7/365 operations center
Understand and able to operate within a process driven organization
Excellent English verbal and written communications skills

Provide input to assist with continual improvement

Monitor the Service Desk system
Participate in planned “Systems Day” and other maintenance activities
Participate in a 24x7x365 on-call rotation
Respond to and manage service issues and problems
Report any breaches in information security or policies

Technical Skills

Understanding of, and experience with, the principles behind DevOps, Continuous Delivery, Agile, Lean, Kanban, etc.
Strong understanding of technology architecture and blueprints.
Good understanding of infrastructure architectural activities by applying select architectural techniques and technical knowledge. Understands and leverages infrastructure architectural principles for cross-functional purposes.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving of complex hardware, software and network issues
Good understanding of enterprise level administration of large scale globally disbursed infrastructure and supporting applications.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

Years of Experience*: 12+

Others: Experience in a global organization required.

Experience with Azure Services is a plus.
Other Qualifications

Senior level engineering experience with 10+ years of progressive responsibility.
Ability to manage simultaneous projects and stakeholders and deliver results.
Experience in managing global teams, cultures, and time zones.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
