Position Overview
Join Autodesk’s Sustainability & Foundation Team to help people imagine, design and make a better world! As the Sustainability Manager, you will explore & improve the processes and impacts behind Autodesk's business. Through the lens of Autodesk’s products and customers, develop reporting & recommendations to further improve the company’s demonstrated leadership and award-winning performance in sustainability, focused on our buildings and cloud infrastructure. Lead the company’s progress against ongoing 100% renewable energy and price on carbon commitments. Pilot new business processes, such as environmental valuation, and change the way investments are made to further enable better world decision making. Develop the best practices industry needs by refining them in Autodesk’s Sustainable Design Living Laboratory.

Responsibilities
Own Autodesk’s environmental management plan, system, and price on carbon
Research, develop, recommend, and implement best practices that accelerate Auto desk's leadership and performance in sustainability in our buildings and cloud infrastructure
Develop and implement strategy for Autodesk’s portfolio of low-carbon investments
Manage cross-functional impact teams to meet mutual business and impact objectives
Support industry and policy advocacy to disseminate best practices, transform industry, and position Autodesk as a leader
Shape and represent best practices as a leader in industry consortia
Own Autodesk’s integrated reporting and transparency initiatives

Minimum Qualifications
BA, BS or equivalent degree in Business, Environmental Science or related field
2-4 years of experience in environment, sustainability, energy or related field
Experience in impact measurement, carbon footprint, and life-cycle assessment
Strong analytical and statistical skills with experience and comfort spending time with and making sense of large amounts of data
Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent people skills – strong ability to develop and manage diverse relationships, engage, inspire, influence and build credibility among a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
Driven, entrepreneurial, self-starting
Strong written and oral communication skills
Tech savvy and comfort working with and using new software tools with intimate familiarity with Microsoft Excel and business intelligence software
Understanding of and experience using design software
