AIA Contract Documents is seeking a remote Demand Generation Specialist who combines technical savvy, creativity, data analytics, and a focus on results to execute B2B demand generation programs for our outbound SDR team. Reporting to the Sr. Vice President, Sales and Customer Success, the Demand Generation Specialist will be responsible for the execution of multi-channel market campaigns and programs, using approved messaging and marketing content, to drive awareness and interest that ultimately increase sales.
While the Demand Generation Specialist’s portfolio will include working with the marketing team to leverage existing e-commerce lead generation/nurture programs, the core mission of this role is to drive net new logo, top of funnel lead generation for our outbound SDR team though the utilization of traditional and next-generation methods. A deep knowledge and experience with CRM (HubSpot) and 3rd party data platform mining, web scraping and AI data enrichment and generative AI outreach platforms is essential. Additionally, a proven track record of cleaning sourced lists of existing customers, integrating them into our CRM (HubSpot), creating compelling messaging, sequencing sales activities and tracking results are all key qualification criteria for this role.

We are seeking:

Innovative Campaign Strategist: Utilize new technologies to create and execute innovative demand generation campaigns that drive a high volume of qualified leads to our outbound sales team

Cross-Functional Team Player: Partner with our e-commerce marketing teams to synchronizing efforts and mitigate intersecting campaign objectives.

Existing Campaign Collaborator: Leverage our existing e-commerce demand generation efforts (organic and paid search, content marketing and email, social media, webinars, and events campaign) to drive incremental outbound sales team leads

Campaign Manager: Manage SDR demand generation projects and coordination of tasks from initiation to completion, ensuring entire project is executed successfully

Lead Nurturer: Implement lead nurturing programs to move leads through the funnel, nurture existing prospect and customer relationships, and drive sales

Campaign Performance Manager: Track, report, and analyze campaign performance metrics and generate reports to measure effectiveness
Required Skills & Experience:

2+ years demonstrable experience in B2B marketing campaign execution

Demonstrated success running digital demand generation programs, including LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, web scraping tools, AI data collection and enrichment, and 3rd party lead generation platforms

Exemplary organizational and prioritization skills - project-oriented with an attention to detail

Strong copywriting and grammar skills, creating copy and headlines that motivate different verticals/audiences

Proficient in MS Word, Teams, Excel, HubSpot and PowerPoint

Comfortable navigating Hubspot, or another Marketing Automation Platform
