Title Center of the South (TCOS) in Brentwood, Tennessee is seeking an experienced Title and Settlement Processor to join the team. This position requires someone with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, computer savvy, professional demeanor, and attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Providing top notch customer service and maintain positive relationships with Attorneys, Paralegals, Lenders and owners
Maintain policy files, both retrieving and filing documents as instructed.
Workflow Administration: receive orders for title insurance, request and track prior polices, distribute orders to the underwriters, maintain information of customers, while producing reports and maintaining inventory
Processing/Data Entry
Special projects assigned by Marketing/Operations Officer.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong computer skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, in person and by telephone.
Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, organize workload and maintain accurate files.
Prior Real Estate related experience preferred.

Education:
Completion of high school education or three years of clerical or underwriting experience related to title insurance, mortgage lending, legal support or loan processing
