Assistant Registered Nurse Manager – Ketchum Idaho

The Assistant Manager Nursing/Patient Care is responsible for managing, developing and engaging staff on designated unit or units based on size, ensuring best practice are followed with adherence to established policies and procedures.

Required Criteria

Education: Bachelors of Science in Nursing
Experience: 3 years nursing experience
Licenses/Certifications: RN license required
Nurse Leader Rounding 90% of the time. Other responsibilities include Staffing and Scheduling, Plan of Care, Quality, Patient Throughput, and Onboarding and Orientation in collaboration with Nursing Manager and Clinical Educatior.
