As a Starbucks manager, loyalty marketing, you will . . .
Be focused on building long-term relationships with our Starbucks Rewards members and driving engagement by delivering relevant, personalized marketing offers and communications.
You will be responsible for developing an offer strategy and calendar that will deliver on our incremental revenue goals, working with cross-functional teams to execute weekly campaigns to Starbucks Rewards members, and analyzing and reporting on campaign performance.
Leveraging your previous experience, we will enable you to:
Collaborate with internal and external business partners (including Analytics, Finance, Studio, Marketing Operations, and marketing and technology vendors) to develop joint marketing strategies, calendars and plans; oversee implementation and calendar delivery, and monitor results.
Track, analyze, and communicate offer and program performance; recommend action plans to address variances in performance against annual plan.
Generate and present weekly financial reporting and results to leadership and cross functional partners.
Leverage campaign results and customer data to create new marketing campaigns and address customer and business opportunities.
Evaluate, prioritize, and make recommendations regarding new capabilities and marketing opportunities based on financial viability, program and brand fit.

Passion for marketing and technology, and a comfort learning and working with marketing software tools.
Strong business background and experience with digital marketing.
Ability to solve complex problems and take new perspective on existing tactics.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, across multiple workstreams
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or other relevant field, or 4 or more years of US military experience; MBA strongly preferred.
