We are looking for a Digital Analyst who will be in charge of implementing, configuring, monitoring and analyzing Web Analytics data for our clients' websites using various Web Analytics Platforms such as Adobe and Google Analytics. We need someone who cares about data, wants to make our clients better and loves the artful side of the scientific method.
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative area such as math, statistics, computer science, engineering or equivalent experience with 2+ years' experience using various Web Analytics Solutions (Adobe Analytics, Webtrends, Google Analytics)
2+ years demonstrated expertise in modern Web Analytics Tag Management Systems(i.e. experience managing a data layer, tag manager)
3+ years demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with experience in partnering with various technical and client-facing teams to transform business requirements into Analytics solutions
Experience with agile or other program management methodologies
Masters degree in computer science, engineering or a related technical discipline
Adobe Experience Cloud/Google 360 Suite expertise
Familiarity with Python
In this role you will work within a team to define and implement digital measurement strategies, implement tracking, perform testing and develop reports; all in an effort to improve website traffic leads and conversions. More specifically you will:
Set up goals, sales funnels, and event tracking in Adobe and Google Analytics by leveraging Tag Management Software
Analyze user behavior, online initiatives, and Analytics data in order to monitor and provide KPI insights for clients
Create and share performance reports and dashboards
Create/review/implement third party tracking scripts(tags) from a multitude of third party vendors
Use and implement tools for A/B testing, heatmaps, visitor recordings, etc.
Troubleshoot stuff that goes wrong (hint, this is the fun part)
