We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping and Receiving Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for the picking and shipping of product orders. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the smooth operation of our distribution center.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK PERFORMED
The Shipping and Receiving Associate is responsible for shipping and receiving orders for all brand products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Perform basic visual quality inspections of products.
· Pick and ship orders for multiple brand products.
· Gather and consolidate orders ensuring efficient processing times.
· Inform Warehouse team of inventory issues.
· Communicate with Accounting when customer issues arise.
· Other duties and assignments as assigned.

· Warehouse Shipping Lead, Operations Manager, Plant Manager.
MINIMUM PRIOR KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS
· High school diploma or equivalent (degree/experience).
· Verbal and written communication skills.
· Basic MS Office software skills.
· Must be willing to work overtime including weekends, when needed.
· Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
· Must be able to climb a 10-ft. ladder on a regular basis.
· Must be willing to work overtime including weekends if necessary.
· Forklift experience; forklift certification a plus.
· Requires a cooperative person with good interpersonal skills who can work with speed and accuracy in a busy warehouse operation.
