- Must communicate excellently when speaking, reading and writing
- Working hours are 9am-6pm M-TH, 8am-5pm Fri. Times are Pacific time zone
Job Duties:
- Interview and hire new staff
- Train new RD staff
- Oversee current RD Team
- Oversee RD scheduling
- Lead RD Team meetings
- Perform Quality Assurance
- Work with interns and volunteers
- Craft plant-based handouts in English and Spanish
- Update policies and procedures
- Rework training materials and videos
- Counsel patients when necessary
- Coach staff
- Perform disciplinary tasks

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
