Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in technology sales within the public sector, using SaaS, PaaS or IaaS products and platforms.

Preferred qualifications:
Experience using Customer Relationship Management systems i.e. Salesforce.com, with the ability to work towards strategic goals.
Ability to adapt quickly in rapidly evolving team environment.
Ability to build and grow relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment.
Ability to take initiative with a high sense of confidence.
Effective problem-solving and analytical skills with good good attention to detail and the ability to consider tasks from both far and up-close perspectives.
Effective organizational and project management skills with excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

The Google Cloud Platform team helps customers transform and evolve their business through the use of Google’s global network, web-scale data centers and software infrastructure. Responsibilities
Work towards business goals while prioritizing an outstanding customer experience. Lead demand generation and promote campaigns from conception, planning, execution and launch to post-launch analysis.
Contribute to territory strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities. Work with Field Sales Executive and Customer Engineers as a critical member of a selling team and work closely with Partners.
Drive business development, forecast accurately and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the business cycle. Explore and understand complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level.
Establish key relationships cross-functionally with regional peers and identify and pursue business development opportunities. Analyze data trends and client performance, prepare and conduct presentations.
Maintain operational excellence for information on accounts and forecast. Work with partners in lead generation campaigns.
