Duties
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management tasks
- Oversee day to day bakery operations
- Participate in recruiting, training, and developing team members
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues effectively
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in transactions
-Ensure all ingredients and tools are in store for success at our bakery
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role in a retail environment
- Strong training abilities
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate tasks effectively
- Proficiency in training development and employee supervision
- Solid understanding of cash handling principles
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory control processes
