Premier Home Health Care Services, Inc. is a leading multi-state community-based service provider, specializing in both Care Management and Licensed Home Health Care Agency services. Premier is currently seeking an experienced Employee Compliance Specialist for NYC!
The role of the Employee Compliance Specialist shall be responsible for maintaining compliance with health care worker regulations, recruitment, training, as well as other personnel duties as assigned.
Key functions include:
· Responsible for maintaining compliance with federal, state and/or local health care worker regulations as well as contract requirements for all existing field personnel.
· Responsible for upkeep and organization of personnel files, electronic and paper copies
· Coordinate documentation and reporting for all Unemployment, Worker’s Comp, Disability & FMLA claims.
· Participate in the internal audit process and QI cross-audit process and follow up on deficiencies with RN Field Supervisor and Office Administrator.
· Responsible for timely completion of Wage and Employee verifications.
· Responsible for the coordination of Training Programs and schedules.
Qualifications:
· College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
· A minimum of two years in a health care environment preferred.
· Ability to use computerized systems.
· Satisfactory verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work well under pressure.
