Manage and supervise up to 15 associates in the Seafood Department. Is responsible the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this department. May also assist in the direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Meat department. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Harris Teeter's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include interviewing and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; assist in appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
