Great opportunity to join our National Professional Standards Group (NPSG) in a key role, supporting a collaborative and engaging team. The Project Coordinator is primarily responsible for assisting in the daily coordination or projects handled by the team’s leaders and managers. This includes preparing and maintaining project plans, reports, documentation, setting up meetings, and communication to internal and external clients. Assist team leader in preparing and maintaining project plans and their execution, including documentation, implementation schedules, reports and communicating with project stakeholders across departments and offices
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules which include administrative tasks and duties for all key stakeholders in the project
Track project progress and identify/escalate project obstacles to team leader and communicate with other key stakeholders
Schedule meetings, including travel arrangements, preparing meeting materials, presentations developing agendas, preparing minutes in support of assigned projects, distributing meeting materials, and tracking meeting attendance. Includes coordinating across complex calendars and international time zones. May attend meetings as required by project and/or assignment
Collaborate with team management on operational function of standard processes used by the team
Monitoring adherence to these processes, gathering feedback, coordinating necessary adjustments to existing processes, and helping develop new ones
Support documentation including filing
Other duties as assigned
High School Diploma or GED required
3-5 years of relevant experience
High organized and detailed
Intermediate to Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills required
Ability to prepare presentations including charts, graphics, tables, speaker notes & handouts, etc.
Comfortable with communication technology including WebEx, GoToMeeting, or similar video conferencing platforms
Ability to interpret information from white boarding or ad hoc meetings and organize to calendaring, travel, and meeting planning coordination
