- Upsell salon products and services to clients
Skills:
- Proficiency in bookng software for appointment scheduling and client management
- Strong understanding of color theory for effective hair coloring techniques
- Knowledge of Aveda retail products and sales
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
- Valid cosmetology
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Aveda trained and experience Required
