Job Description
Title: Director of Sales Operations
FLSA Classification: Exempt
Department: Field Sales - General
Reports to: EVP of Sales
Salary: $140,000-162,500+bonus

Job Summary:
The Director of Sales Operations position is responsible for driving sales, utilizing process improvement, data analysis, and the standardization of key metrics and KPI's for Beatbox Party Punch throughout North America. This position will collaborate directly with internal departments, wholesalers, and retailers to develop "Share of Mind," while driving sales performance, to meet or exceed company specific KPIs and goals. They will play a critical role in driving efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- This position does have direct supervisory responsibilities, overseeing and guiding the performance of team members within the assigned department.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and assist in the development of Strategic Growth processes that drive sales and revenue for all Sales (Field & Chain). Tracking, Incentives, Dashboards etc.
- Coordinate, assist, and develop the following processes: Power BI (From Insights Team) development integration, Financial KPI development, Pricing strategy & price increase sell-in, Cents per case audits, Forecasting reviews, Chain tracking, Scorecards, Product launches, Development of standardization of solutions/plans to lead future growth. And more!
- Establish key metrics for measuring success and identifying weaknesses in BeatBox sales.
- Publicly speak and represent BeatBox at internal, distributor and retailer meetings.
- Full understanding and ability to leverage tools at your disposal to provide strategic oversight of the business: IRI, Brand Plans, VIP, Karma, ++ etc.
- Develop a strong relationship with Finance, Marketing, Insights & Analytics, and Operations teams.
- Establish call frequency and relationship with VP's, Region Directors, and National Account Directors.
- Annual business plan development, presentation & execution
- Participate and be responsible for pilot projects and brand strategies on an ad-hoc basis.
- Deliver a monthly review for EVP & VPs on wholesaler & chain performance.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Must be proficient in Google platforms, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Understanding of Power BI or other analytical applications a plus
- Must be able to understand and use national syndicated data.
- Familiar with VIP or other distributor reporting systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
- Ability to work with Senior Management across all departments.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Education/Experience:
- Twelve (12) years-experience in beverage alcohol industry required, having an advanced understanding of the 3-tier system.
- Minimum 5 years team management experience and ability to instill and follow BeatBox Culture
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- An undergraduate degree is a plus.
- Major chain retailer experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
