The job
Our current tech stack is:
- AI stack: OpenAI, LangChain, LangSmith, Qdrant, Zep
- Backend: Python, Node.js, FastAPI
- Frontend: Svelte, NextJS
- Infrastructure: GitHub, GCP, Docker
What you’ll do
- Expand our current product and take it from 1 to 100.
- Lead technical projects. You’ll have full ownership of your work. We trust you to make important decisions and steer projects that really matter.
- Lead technical team. Grow and guide an awesome crew of engineers.
- Lead technical strategy. Develop and roll out a technical roadmap that keeps us scalable, reliable, and performing like a rockstar.
- Be a key player in our product vision. You will help shape where we’re going and what we’re building.
- Be a key stakeholder. Work closely with talented folks in product, design, and marketing to communicate technical challenges and progress.

What you’ll bring
We prioritise practical experience building projects with the latest in the AI stack rather than education, qualifications, or deeper machine learning experience.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering kickass projects.
- Exceptional proficiency in English with the ability to articulate clearly and effectively in writing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Work is for you not just a 9 to 5 but an opportunity to form friendships.
- An understanding of the architecture of transformers and diffusion models is preferred, but not required.
- Experience in a content creation or marketing environment is a plus.
