Provide financial support for the 787 engineering organizations in Everett, WA and Charleston, SC. This position will act as focal point for financial forecast and performance reporting. Partner with internal customers to drive efficiencies into Program Engineering resources.
Focal point for various Engineering forecast data (Customer Intro, Production Support, Value Engineering, Feature Development, Overhead and Employment)
Develop analytics to support data driven Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and O&Rs; Update systems and tools as required
Provide variance analysis for actuals/performance reporting; support monthly cost reviews with finance and engineering leadership
Utilize existing systems to gather data and turn into information/reporting for end user consumption
Drive automation and technology into standard performance reporting and analysis (Tableau, Dashboards, SharePoint, Excel Slicers/Power Pivots/Power BI)
Support ad hoc activities - resolve issues related to forecasting, charging, and other on-demand reports
Develop and recommend solutions to improve cost trends and profitability
Prepare presentations to support senior leadership reviews, financial reviews, and project reviews

Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Basic Qualifications (Required)
1+ years in a related finance position such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Accounting, Estimating, or Financial Planning
1+ year experience analyzing and monitoring of financial or other quantifiable business data
Preparation and presentation of analysis results with recommendations to management
Advanced skills in Excel, Microsoft's Power BI tools preferred
