Full Job Description
Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Project Manager in Seattle, WA to oversee operations support effort for client's application portfolio, infrastructure and/or architecture. S/he will perform the following duties: follow Project and Operations tools and processes while providing solutions, project planning, creating work plans, executing projects, measuring progress, and providing content oversight to ensure quality results; liaise between technical team members and product owners while guiding projects; guide scoping definition and ensure all execution efforts align to program goals; oversee establishment of critical success factors for all initiatives; monitor planning and execution to ensure cost, time, and quality goals are met; develop and maintain the project plans; guide effort estimating and project costing to create budgets; recommend necessary course correction to remain within approved budget; maintain Agile project best practices including risk management, cross-team interdependencies, scope definition, delivery objectives, quality standards, and user needs identification.
This position requires at least a bachelor’s degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, or Engineering (any), or closely related degree, plus 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in related IT positions, including the following professional experience: 3 years of experience guiding and delivering projects within a Scaled Agile Framework as an Agile Scrum Master; 3 years of experience determining solutions and creating work plans as a Product Owner in a Distributed Agile setup; 4 years of experience using Pega PRPC 7.1.5,7.1.8, Java, Web server, Lombardi, Oracle, Unix, Web Technologies, and AWS to support software development implementations; and 5 years of experience supporting or delivering packaged/custom software applications utilizing Harvest, SQL developer, Putty, Ultra Edit, PAL, AES, HP Service Manager, Rally, JIRA, Microsoft Visual Studio for Agile, and Splunk.
