If so, the Division of the State Architect in Oakland is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant position that will be responsible for a wide spectrum of clerical and administrative duties, including but not limited to:

  • Responsible for monitoring employees’ time and attendance for the regional office
  • Providing reports utilizing timekeeping and personnel software programs and database
  • Serve as the liaison between the regional office and the Office of Human Resources
  • Maintaining construction project document logs and files
  • Preparing correspondence
  • Scanning documents
  • Conducting quality control checks of received construction documents
  • Performing data entry
  • Responsible for inventory control of office supplies
  • Providing excellent customer service

Salary: $3,038.00 to $3,802.00 /month
