CHI Health at Home is seeking a dynamic, motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join our Home Health and Hospice Talent Acquisition team! The recruiter will focus on sourcing and recruiting for administrative, clinical roles, sales as well as management positions. The ideal candidate must have at least two years of healthcare recruiting experience, ability to create a pipeline of candidates with innovative recruitment strategies.
This position is remote, work from home role and must be located near the greater CIncinnati, and northern Kentucky area. There will be times to travel to the corporate office and local branches within the region.
Develops a network of talent for identified positions across several regions through passive and active sources including social networking, personal networking, Internet research and data mining.
Performs research, resume mining, list generation and cold calling of potential candidates through advanced Internet searches, in-depth data mining, Boolean searches and other research techniques.
Works collaboratively with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Sources and interviews diverse candidates.
Provides prescreened candidates for key positions, including internal, external, non-traditional and diversity candidates.
Utilizes collected information coupled with recruitment tools and techniques to build viable candidate pools in alignment with the organizations pipeline needs.
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
A minimum of two years’ experience in healthcare recruitment/sourcing.
Exceptional interviewing, communication, follow-up and organizational skills.
Ability to proactively embrace new trends, education, technology and tools to recruit top talent.
