The Marketing Coordinator is a pivotal role responsible for shaping the way the organization looks and feels. The role is also responsible for defining, coordinating and facilitating projects, assisting with web design and maintenance, writing or assisting in the development of content for all types of media and providing sales and CRM support for the field, including distribution of leads, designing quote and presentation templates, and working with our partners in SEO to drive web traffic to the organization to increase sales. Assisting Operations in the development of Customer presentations for service and KPI tracking and reporting.

Include the following key areas and duties, which may be modified or increased as necessary:

Supporting the sales process through use of ClientPoint, I-Pads and shared drive to support the user base, quoting process and presentation processes and organizational projects
Implement, manage, support and review changes to sales proposal generation process/system
Serve as liaison between Salesforce and the organization to ensure an increase in lead conversion, customer satisfaction and sales revenue
Provide training to field teams on use of Salesforce technology
Continually monitor and promote social media activities to ensure an accurate, professional and compliant image (work with outside vendors for creative social media campaigns, ensuring compliance with CCS timelines and release dates)
Plan, organize and lead social media campaigns and images for organization in collaboration with outside vendors, ensuring compliance with CCS standards, timelines and release dates
Establish proper timelines for project completion based on company objectives
Apply project management tools, processes and principles to enable project success and resolve project issues expeditiously
Coordinate and support company events
Responsible for creating alignment and standardization of anything with a CCS logo
Work in collaboration with outside vendor to assist with lead conversion and the effective use of Salesforce with field teams
Must ensure that updates and requests for ClientPoint are reviewed and implemented
Maintain project calendar, develop agendas, record action items and ensure follow up
Review and recommend changes in marketing strategy, content, messaging, branding, PR and communications and work with internal and external partners to drive new strategies.
Manage marketing budget and ensure that all projects have approved budgets prior to project start date
Support the creative design of collateral, review consistency of design and image messaging with outside vendors as well as with internal projects, (i.e. CCS TV)
Coordinate internal and external communication through various mediums including other duties as assigned by supervisor

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Word Press, banner and promote ads, Google business

Must have experience in writing marketing related content

The Marketing Coordinator has Supervisory responsibilities over external vendors only.

This position reports to the President and will regularly interface with leadership, peers and customers.

This position requires the use of solid judgment to plan and perform all tasks

This role is accountable to the team he/she oversees as well as Management staff off site.


College degree required., 3-5 years of experience in a coordinator role in marketing, business, or related field is also required.
