Position Overview
This position assists the leadership and staff by providing technical, analytical, educational and monitoring support to ensure appropriate outcomes. This position works collaboratively with all members of the department and organization assuming accountability and responsibility for the daily activity necessary to provide effective and efficient departmental processes. Adapt appropriately to changing workloads and priorities in a fast paced work environment.
Education/Knowledge Requirements

Relevant Associates Degree, Technical School equivalent, or two years' experience in a facilities/engineering support position, or combined technical training/direct experience.

Essential Job-Related Experience:
Familiarity with basic refrigeration/air conditioning troubleshooting, diagnostic tools, schematics and operational theory.
Basic knowledge of electrical diagnosis, basic plumbing, HVAC and light carpentry.
Valid driver's license
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
Effective written/verbal communication skills
Demonstrated analytical and problem resolution skills
Ability to effectively organize/prioritize work
Ability to interact with individuals to affect positive customer outcomes
Ability to maintain/update the computer competencies as required for the position

Preferred Job-Related Experience:
Experience in healthcare
Experience in Facilities Maintenance
Knowledgeable on building codes
Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams
Experience with Autodesk Auto CAD 2010 or higher and CAD techniques
