The qualified candidate will be detail oriented, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, extremely professional, and customer service oriented.

This position involves heavy accounting and reconciliations related to multiple entities.
The duties of this position may evolve over time depending upon growth of Company and staffing.
Full-time 30-40 hours per week.
Pleasant Hill, California – Corporate office
Code deposits and input into accounting system
Code auto-withdrawals and input into accounting system
Update cash ledgers to show daily cash balances for all bank accounts
Prepare bank reconciliations for a large amount of accounts, for multiple entities
Review cash requirements and prepare bank transfers for Controller to process
Reconcile various general ledger accounts and related party accounts as needed
Assist with accounting for multiple related Companies
Assist Controller in the preparation of monthly reports
Ensure that all accounting files are prepared and maintained, including e-filing
Experience as an Accountant
Experience in Construction Accounting preferred
Experience in Spectra or job cost software a plus
Confident in computer fundamentals and use of technology
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Thorough understanding of the accounting processes
Thorough understanding of the reconciliation process for general ledger accounts
Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
Excellent oral and written communications skills
