As a Human Resources (HR) Analyst with the CIA, you will practice data-driven human resources through analysis, writing and briefing on human capital data assets and trends. You will maintain human capital data and dashboards using analytic tools such as SPSS, SAS, R, Python and Tableau. You will also develop and conduct employee surveys and organizational assessments to support data-driven management strategies and workforce planning objectives. HR Analysts work at the corporate level supporting Agency-wide HR initiatives or in units providing HR data analysis to offices charged with conducting and supporting worldwide intelligence activities.

Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or PhD in one of the following fields:
GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4-point scale
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Experience in survey research and design; and modeling
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of personnel
Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet business deadlines
Attention to detail
Comfortable working both independently and on teams
Proficient with Microsoft applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Desired Qualifications:Experience in one or more of the following areas:
Human Resources processes and data
Data analysis, research methods and ability to prepare analytic reports
Quantitative and qualitative analysis
Organizational development or internal consulting
Interpreting, presenting and explaining data
Product development and testing
Working with large data sets and analyzing data from various sources
Familiarity with SPSS, Microsoft Access or other relational databases, Lawson, Cognos
