Full Job Description

Primary Job Functions:
- Lead a crew to perform trenchless water and sewer repairs and replacements
- Performs quality control activities to ensure that the project is error-free and completed on time.
- Strong understanding of mechanical equipment and the ability to become proficient in new machinery
- Ability to communicate with clients and employees in a manner that displays professionalism and poise
- Strong leadership and critical thinking skills
- Understanding of general construction and utility replacement/installation

Requirements:

- Past plumbing experience and plumbers license
- Past experience as crew leader or supervisor
- Valid Driver’s License
- CDL or ability to acquire
- DOT Medical card or ability to acquire
