A Facilitator position with Kids’ Test Kitchen means you have a spot on our team. An opportunity to accept jobs wherever you wish to work. Facilitators YOU MUST:
- Complete required screener questions at https://kidstestkitchen.com/JOIN before being invited to interview.
- Be able to work independently and follow written instructions.
- Have experience working with children.
- Have reliable, smoke free, transportation.
- Be 21 years of age or older.
FACILITATOR PAY: $60 compensation listed is for ONE, 1-hour class. Sometimes our hosts schedule back-to-back in which case you would earn $120 for the TWO classes that day. This does not include any bonuses or vacation/summer class opportunities.
This Facilitator position is perfect for:
- Nutrition professionals who crave the experience of introducing young eaters to nourishing foods – and seeing them dig in with enthusiasm! (School food-service, RDN, LDN, Nutritionist)
- Teachers who want the opportunity to “play” with food and math and reading all while reinforcing key nutrition messages and basic life skills.
- Any enthusiastic, reliable, and fun individual who is looking for a little extra cash and a flexible schedule!
Qualifications that may set you apart!
- Experience working with children in groups.
- Registered Dietitian certification or equivalent background in nutrition
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students
- Familiarity with childhood development principles
