As the overall leader of the community, your dynamic skill set will be instrumental in leading other department heads and staff members in providing top of the line service to our residents. You will play a vital role in leading the department heads who oversee Guest Services, Food Service, Plant Operations, and Housekeeping. You will comply with industry regulations and legal issues; have a professional, energetic presence; stay aware of trends in the industry; and proactively drive progress.

Successful candidate will possess experience in food & beverage, sales, and general hospitality experience. The ability to run multiple departments and engage and entertain our residents as the face of the community is a MUST! At least 5 years of proven leadership experience required.The person must have an Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a related field that may include health, social work, or business administration.
