This is NOT a medical diagnosis coding position. Responsible for tracking/resolving outstanding payment issues as well as timely submission of private bills and insurance claims for Skilled Nursing Facility; responsible for accurate posting of cash receipts from multiple pay sources and a variety of ancillary items; must communicate courteously and respectfully with others and exhibit a sincere interest in accuracy and attention to detail
Must have High School Diploma or equivalent; minimum 1-2 years experience in a medical office setting; must have basic computer skills in Microsoft Office and knowledge of 10 key calculators; must demonstrate attention to detail; must have good oral and written communication skills; must be able to multi-task and adapt to changes
