In this role, you will partner with business leaders and engineers to build custom software that powers our iconic brands of Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic, and Athleta. You will help define the Content Management System product roadmap by partnering with other product management counterparts and leaders to understand brand and user level needs to positively impact the end customer experience.
As a Product Manager II, you will work with your product management counterparts and leaders to prioritize and plan upcoming Content Management System capabilities that accomplish your end user and company goals
Write robust requirements, prioritize the backlog, and work closely with the engineering teams to deliver and test quality software
Participate in developing and managing key stakeholder engagement strategies on all initiatives
- Build relationships with key business and technology partners and other stakeholders; articulates Content Management System product needs clearly and succinctly to different audiences and cross functional partners
Develop in depth knowledge of industry trends and standards to introduce the continual process, tool and methodology improvements
Identify, measure, and interpret results to validate product strategy; Provide research, analysis, and support for identifying, evaluating, and resolving strategic opportunities
Experience leveraging the principles of product management to deliver valuable technology solutions
Experience working with and/or directly in a Content Management System
Experience working with large software engineering teams both within and outside of your domain
Demonstrate technical acumen; ability to influence and debate solutions with technical team members, to understand technology solutions and potential tradeoffs and to represent technical concepts to non technical stakeholders
Ability to assess relatively complex situations and analyze data to make judgments and recommend solutions

Salary Range: $104,700 - $150,200 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
