Rosenfeld Media is hiring a Publishing and Digital Events Manager for our media company. Our brand has a reputation for both the quality of our books and the engaging on-line learning experiences our customers have at our conferences and workshops. Responsibilities
- Manage virtual conference and workshop logistics for speakers and attendees.
- Project management for conference program development
- Support web store and sales and marketing plans and campaigns, including email, social media, landing pages, and website maintenance.
- Maintain contracts, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Maintain and update conference budgets and registration info throughout each conference. Schedule events and track attendance.
- Support conference curators with scheduling and other administrative tasks.
- Answer customer service inquiries for books and events.
Required Qualifications
- A strong resume demonstrating an ability and interest in publishing, website design, digital media, or a related industry.
- Strong project management skills.
- Well-developed communication skills including verbal, proofreading and writing emails.
- Team player.
- Strong technical skills in project management, Office and G Suite applications including spreadsheets and word processing.
- 3 years work experience. Highly experienced individuals are encouraged to apply for this or other positions.
Bonus Qualifications
- A big plus for working knowledge or aptitude for one or more other software platforms for design, database management, PHP and/or HTML/CSS or other programming language(s). Training available.
- Familiarity with Salesforce a plus.
- Comfortable with data analysis and reporting.
Total Rewards include a base salary of $48,324.00 - $53,597.00 plus bonus, health insurance, dental, vision, life, disability, 401k, 15 days paid time off ( first year) plus 5 paid sick days 7 paid holidays, flexible schedule, work from home, parental leave, paid training, tuition reimbursement and employee discounts.
