How the Position Works

Your primary accountabilities will be to actively manage client relationships. You will own the overall relationship for key clients, requiring a strong project management ability combined with great analytical capabilities, relationship building and communication skills. As a leader of the account team at TRANZACT, you will be asked to make things happen while ensuring follow through with key stakeholders throughout the organization.

What you need to be successful

·To be interested in marketing, project management, analytics and relationship building.

·Knowledge of the Insurance business and direct marketing.

·To be detail oriented, highly organized and analytically focused.

·Enjoy being accountable for delivering results and able to be self-generative.

·Manage multiple commitments, prioritize effectively and identify highest leverage areas.

·Work well with clients and external constituencies in a highly professional manner.

·Be comfortable managing others to accomplish numerous aspects of the work to be done and to hold others within the organization to account; know when to take on the work and where to leverage partners in the organization.

·To be curious, proactive and self-motivated.

·Enjoy a fast-paced environment and willing to work hard and have fun!

·Proven ability to successfully drive results with clients both internally and externally.

·High level of proficiency with Excel.

·Insurance experience preferred.

·8+ years marketing, product management or consulting experience.
