These positions are responsible for answering telephones, taking accurate messages and scheduling appointments. These positions utilize internal systems to verify and update patient demographic information. Requirements include a strong customer service focus, effective verbal and written communication skills and resourceful in problem-solving. Preference will be given to individuals with previous healthcare experience. Hours for the positions are Mondays-Fridays - 10a-6p and Mondays-Fridays - 7a-11a.
