The purpose of this position is to support the Project Manager and/or customer in all assigned administrative tasks associated with customer requirements. This is inclusive of effectively managing and monitoring the accuracy and completion of assigned tasks within expected timelines and per the customer procedures. This is achieved by working as a functional team member with Project Managers in all assigned duties and responsibilities.
Essential Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Results
Manage tasks as needed for Project Managers and assigned customers. Includes all applicable task assignments, scheduling, follow-through, quality- control and on-time delivery expectations.
Group creation, downloading preparation and renaming of supplied files, proofing, revisions and posting needs as required
QC checks and audits
Incoming and outgoing support vendor/manufacturer calls as assigned
Retailer distribution support, audits and follow-up
Retail portal training support
Manufacturer review report production as required
Retailer Item request reports
Collaborate and provide clear direction/procedures in making the necessary assignments to cross-functional operational team members
New customer onboarding support activities as required
Successfully and professionally communicate via email or verbally with internal and external stakeholders ensuring understanding of required deliverables
Communicate all areas requiring key decisions and or at risk initiatives related to customer expectations
Maintain accurate task/client documentation procedures
CRM maintenance as assigned/required
Internal support projects as assigned
Client weekly status reports as required
Educational & Experience Minimum Requirements
This position requires the following knowledge and skills:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Some College/Associate’s Degree a plus
0-2 years’ experience preferred
Full comprehension in reading work instructions and business memos.
Ability to work independently after initial training.
Experience using Illustrator, Photoshop and general knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
